This animated short had an amazing film festival run in 2023 internationally. Notably, Arlo won Best Animation Film by audience vote at the 25th Annual BAMkids Film Festival at BAM (The Brooklyn Academy of Music) in New York.
Among 22 other international festival screenings, Arlo showed in Australia’s biggest Oscar qualifying short film festival, St. Kilda Film Festival, and the Oscar qualifying Flicker’s Rhode Island International Film Festival in Rhode Island, USA.
The short also showed for 3 months at the Hollywood Theatre at the Portland International Airport from September 2023 – December 2023 as part of their Fall 2023 shorts program.
